Stylish stay with fantastic vibes!
The room was cozy but stylish, full of cool art. Loved the bustling bar with its great cocktails. Breakfast was very nice, especially the coffee! Wish the room was a bit bigger for more space, but seriously, it's all about the atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and made everything smooth.

Exceptionally attentive staff, fairly clean rooms.
Small luxury hotel with healthy breakfast. Unbeatable position just off the centre of social life of stockholm, and all transport and ferries, spectacular views. And 15 mins walk to The Royal Palace.

An Lovely Experience with Fine Views
During our 9-night stay, we were captivated by the amazing harbor views from our Classic King Room. The service was perfect. The staff even arranged our boat tour seamlessly. Don't miss the delicious breakfast spread. The selection of local cheeses was a good highlight!

We liked the fact that it was a small hotel with a lot of style and individuality. The location is fantastic. The service very good and personalized to the needs of every guest. The restaurant is excellent and we appreciated the fact that the bar, the restaurant and the hotel were full of Swedish customers and not of tourists only. We would certainly recommend the Lydmar to friends traveling to Stockholm.

All the services were excellent, the room was reasonably large with perfectly sized bedroom, a fan, for instance. The breakfast was delicious and perfect, the check in was easy.
Nothing for me!

I loved the eclectic art throughout the hotel. The common areas were easily accessible.
Better signage for directions would be helpful.

Greatest little hotel in Stockholm. Hip scence. Great food. Cool rooms.
Terrible service due to lack of staff. If the hotel had more staff it might have been the best hotel of our entire northern Europeon adventure. Unfortunately, there is no concierge. Sometimes no one answers at the front desk. Restaurant is great but a simple burger takes at least on hour.

A perfect stay for art lovers
The medium king room was like stepping into a gallery and honestly seemed like home. The breakfast was a total winner, fresh pastries every morning & the staff always knew how to treat us.
It wasn't exactly bargain basement, but still you get what you pay for.

This hotel is exceptional in all aspects - the service, quality of rooms and the central location. It's the best of boutique style hotels as it's never impersonal nor too cool for itself. The bar/restaurant area is great for a drink or dinner, as is the terrace on the second floor. You won't want to leave!
Nothing - it was amazing.

The Classic King Room was pretty comfy. The ambiance was quirky and enjoyable. I liked that the staff was super helpful. Just a heads up, though-if you're sensitive to light, the blackout curtains could be a bummer, as there's no sheer option. The furniture layout was a bit off was great, but overall, it had a nice charm.

The location, side by side with Grand Hotel and the Palace in front of you. Friendly and small hotel with nice restuarant.
The room was sold as a small room and it was. Suprisingly no music in the room. Not a TV with radio or a Ipod connection. That was bad for a new disign hotel!
